Authority of Boroughs
The first level of governmental subdivision within the State of Pennsylvania is the county. Pennsylvania's 67 counties are further subdivided into municipalities, including Boroughs, which are governed by the Borough Code.
Adopted Ordinances of the Borough of Greencastle
